机电装备液压阀信息管理系统的设计与实现

摘    要:现有液压系统中液压阀种类多样、选型过程复杂且尚未实现数据流通和信息共享,阐述了基于数据库技术的液压阀信息管理系统的设计与实现过程。采用B/S架构模式、微软.NET平台、ASP.NET技术和SQL Server 2005数据库对系统体系结构和功能模块进行设计。通过数据录入与系统调试,完成了机电装备液压阀信息管理系统的构建,实现了液压阀信息的采集、存储、检索和维护等功能。该系统的开发有效地解决了液压阀选型繁琐的难题,对机电装备的信息化建设具有积极的推动作用。

Abstract:In the existing hydraulic system, hydraulic valves are not only numerous in variety, but also complicated in the selection process. At the same time, data flow and information sharing are not realized. We describe the design and implementation process of hydraulic valve information management system based on the database technology. The system architecture and function modules are designed by the B/S schema, the Microsoft .NET platform, the ASP.NET technology and the SQL Server 2005 database. Through data entry and system commissioning, the construction of hydraulic valve information management system for electromechanical equipment is completed, and the functions of hydraulic valve information collection, storage, retrieval and maintenance are realized. Through the development of the system, we effectively solve the complicated problem of hydraulic cylinder selection, which has a positive impetus to the information construction of electromechanical equipment.
