摘    要:以科研成果深化与延伸课程教学模式为目标,探索利用新型集成式压电作动器科研成果反哺《液压与气压传动》课程研究性教学方法、教学模式以及实施策略,剖析新型集成式压电作动器中所蕴含的流体力学、液压泵、液压控制阀、液压缸以及蓄能器等液压元件的新型结构及其集成原理,深化液压技术主要知识点的原理解析与应用实例认识。拓展《液压与气压传动》课程教学内容广度与深度,构建完成《液压与气压传动》课程研究性教学新模式的实施路径与实施策略。

Abstract:Aiming at intensifying research achievements and extending course teaching system, we explore the investigative teaching method, the teaching system and the implementation strategy in the course of "Hydraulic and Pneumatic Transmission" by using research achievements of new integrated piezoelectric actuators. Novel structures and integration principles of hydraulic components such as hydrodynamics, hydraulic pumps, hydraulic control valves, hydraulic cylinders, and accumulators contained in new integrated piezoelectric actuators are analyzed, and principle analysis and application examples of main knowledge points in hydraulic technology are intensified. The broadness and depth of the teaching content of "Hydraulic and Pneumatic Transmission" course are expanded, meanwhile, it is constructed that the implementation method and implementation strategy of the new research teaching system.
