气动单轨吊驱动部设计研究

摘    要:在煤矿开采中,气动单轨吊运行灵活,无防爆问题,得到较广运用。通过对驱动部结构设计及主要元件的设计选型,对气动单轨吊驱动部进行设计研究。运用FluidSIM软件进行气动系统建模及仿真分析,得到气动马达转速曲线及制动缸活塞位移曲线。利用MATLAB软件编程,得到轨道坡度与载荷关系曲线。结合驱动部运行原理,分析所得曲线,验证设计可以实现所需动作,且系统反应迅速,运行过程中系统压力稳定,符合驱动部所需技术要求。

Abstract:In coal mining, a pneumatic monorail crane is flexible and no explosion-proof problem, and it is widely used. The design of drive part of pneumatic monorail is studied, and the design of the main components and the design of pneumatic system are carried out. We use the software FluidSIM to model and simulate the pneumatic system, and the rotation speed curve of pneumatic motor and the piston displacement curve of brake cylinder are obtained, and the relation curve between trajectory slope and load is obtained by MATLAB software programming. According to operation principle of driving part, we analyze the curves obtained, and verify that the design can achieve the desired action, and the system responds quickly, and its pressure is stable during operation, and it meets the technical requirements of drive department.
