摘    要:窃电行为的产生由来已久,较之以前又出现新的特点,手段更多元化,方法更隐蔽,通过到多家供电公司现场调研情况,这里研究了目前用户利用高强度的电磁铁、大功率无线非接触型干扰、无线遥控器、电能表编程器等窃电方法,结合深入分析各种窃电的特点,提出对智能电能表编程器加设密码、使用具有防伪及防撬功能的铅封、采用专用计量箱锁、专用计量柜、电力线载波集中抄表系统、电力负荷控制系统、智能防窃电系统等防止用户采用高科技方法窃电的几种有效措施,供大家共同研究如何做好防窃电工作.

Abstract:Stealing electricity has been existing for a long time. Compared with its original forms, it teatures wlm more diversified and convert methods. Through investigating into many power supply companies, this paper has studied the prevailing method with high intensity electromagnet, high-power, non-contact wireless interference, wireless remote control, watt-hour meter programmer and so on. Combining with deliberate analysis of various features of thieving e- lectricity, the article proposed several kinds of effective measures for anti-electricity-theft, such as intelligent watt-hour meter programmer with password, exclusively used metering box lock, dedicated metering cabinet, concentrated power line carrier meter reading system, power load control system, intelligent preventing electricity-stolen system etc. , all of which are able to prevent users from stealing electricity.
