摘    要:随着汽车轻量化技术的逐步发展,目前大多数的发动机在设计时会采用铸铝缸体。增压机型在采用铸铝缸体时,一般会设计为开式水套,以便缸孔顶部能够获得更好的冷却效果来满足其高热负荷的要求。但由于开式水套的顶部为全开放式结构(相当于悬臂),所以在装配力、热负荷、爆发压力、活塞侧向敲击力等因素共同影响下,容易发生缸孔变形量大的问题。本文以一款增压机型的铸铝缸体(开式水套)为例,论证优化其缸孔变形量的方法。

Abstract:With the development of automotive lightweight technology, cast-aluminum cylinder block is used in most of engines at present. An open water jacket is applied to the cast-aluminum cylinder block in order to gain better cooling performance and to meet the requirement of high thermal load. The cylinder bore deformation is liable to occur because of the top open structure under the influence of assembly force, thermal load, boosting pressure and piston side knock. This paper takes a cast-aluminum cylinder block (open water jacket) as an example to demonstrate the methods of optimization of cylinder bore deformation.
