基于PLC的工程轮胎翻新设备控制系统设计

摘    要:在原有手动机械系统的基础上,利用可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)与触摸屏,组成主控单元,配合使用光栅传感器等,实现了工程轮胎翻新设备的自动控制.梯形图程序和触摸屏人机界面分别通过Omron公司的软件CX - Programmer和CX - Designer设计实现.PLC通过RS232接口与触摸屏进行串行通讯,在触摸屏上设计友好人机界面,实现控制与管理的结合,从而提高了产品质量的稳定性以及工人的工作效率.

Abstract:To achieve semi-automatic control of the tire retreading equipment without changing the original mechanical components,a new control system is designed using PLC,touch screen as well as position sensors etc.The control ladder diagram and the human-machine interface are designed by CX-Programmer and CX-Designer respectively.Serial communication implemented through RS232 between PLC and touch screen,user-friendly interface created on touch screen,control and management of the system are combined,which improves stability of product quality and efficiency of labors as well.
