| 摘 要： | 火焰原子吸收法测定芥蓝中的钙、镁、铜和铁含量,相对标准偏差为1.45%~2.03%,回收率为96.8%~100.1%。结果表明芥蓝含有丰富的微量元素。

| Abstract: | The amounts of Ca, Mg, Cu and Fe were determined by FAAS. RSD were in the range of 1.45 % - 2.03 %, and recoveries in the range of 96.8 % - 100.1%. The result showed the Brassica alboglabra Bail were abundant in trace elements. |
