PWM整流技术在新型内反馈串级调速装置中的应用

摘    要:传统内反馈串级调速系统存在功率因数低的缺点,虽然采用斩波控制可以改善系统的功率因数,但是依然没有从本质上解决功率因数低的问题。将PWM整流器技术引入内反馈电动机串调系统中,替代原有串调系统的晶闸管逆变部分,能够使调节绕组侧电流正弦化,并且运行于单位功率因数,从根本上解决了功率因数低的缺点,而且还可以防止原有系统在偶尔停电时发生的逆变颠覆故障。文中分别介绍了内反馈原理、PWM整流技术和跟踪指令电压矢量的SVPWM直接电流控制策略,最后给出了仿真结果和相应的结论。

Abstract:Some shortcoming of low power factor in conventional inner-feeding motor cascade speed control system is exist. Though power factor can be improved when chopper technique is adopt, the problem is not changed from essence. PWM converter technique is introduced in inner-feeding motor, power factor can be improved from essence with IGBT substitute SCR and inverter topple can be prevent, too. The principle of inner-feeding motor, PWM converter and SVPWM direct current control strategy are introduced in the paper. At last, simulation result and conclusion are given.
