纺织品防酸整理研究进展

防酸织物是安全防护类纺织品的重要品种之一,广泛应用于石油、化工、冶金和电镀等领域。纺织品的防酸机理与拒水、拒油面料的防护原理基本相同,即降低织物表面张力,增大接触角,防止被润湿和渗透。文中介绍了不同纤维的耐酸性,以及目前采用的防酸整理剂及防酸整理方法(包括改性整理、表面整理、有机氟和涂层复合整理、防酸多功能整理)。开发节能环保、健康舒适、安全防护的多功能防酸面料,是纺织品防酸整理的发展趋势。

Progress in acid-proof finish of textiles

As one of the most important categories of protective textiles, acid-resistant textiles have been widely used in many fields, such as petro, chemistry, metallurgy, electroplating. In this paper, acid-resistance of different fibers and acid-proof mechanism as well as acid-proof agents, and techniques were discussed including modification of fiber, surface treatment, organic fluorine and coating combined treatment, multi-functional finishing. It was concluded that energy saving, environmental friendly, healthy, comfortable and multi-functional would be the development trend of acid-proofing finish for textiles.
