摘    要:以氯仿-甲醇溶液提取鸡板油脂肪中的鸡油,以气相色谱-质谱法(GC-MS)分析鸡油中各脂肪酸组分以及含量。以三黄鸡、两种不同鸡龄的清远鸡,两种不同产地的白鸡作为研究对象,研究不同鸡板油中脂肪酸的组分以及含量,并进行了对比及分析。

Abstract:Chicken fat was extracted by chloroform-methanol solution and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).The differencies of fatty acid compositions among San-huang chicken,Qing-yuan chicken with different ages and broiler chicken from different areas were compared.
