| 摘 要： | 当园盘剪出现故障时,不但会造成切边质鼍达不到要求,还会导致酸洗段的停车,形成停车斑或过酸洗等带钢质量缺陷.结合生产实践分析了园盘剪的常见故障,找出故障原因,提出了解决办法,可提高园盘剪的作业率,降低设备的事故率.
