几种常见聚丙烯酸类浆料粘着性能的评估

采用浸浆粗纱法，并以粗纱条的最大强力和断裂功为量化指标，评估了聚丙烯酸类浆料的类型或品种，聚丙烯酸类浆料、PVA、玉米淀粉混合浆液以及聚丙烯酸类浆料、玉米淀粉混合浆液的粘着性能。试验结果表明，对于含有聚丙烯酸类浆料的共混浆料，聚丙烯酸类浆料的类型及品种对涤棉和纯涤纱粘着力的影响程度要低于单一组分的聚丙烯酸类浆料。如果不能设法提高淀粉及聚丙烯酸类浆料各组分的上浆性能，只是简单地将聚丙烯酸类浆料的用量增大一倍，至少在粘着性能方面还不能做到完全取代PVA。此外，过分降低聚丙烯酸酯浆料的粘度，或过度追求高含固量，对单组分聚丙烯酸类浆料以及含有聚丙烯酸类浆料共混浆料的粘着性能都是有害的。

Evaluation on Adhesivity of Some Common Polyacrylic Acid Sizing Agenta

Adhesive property of types of polyacrylic acid sizing agents, mixed size of polyacrylic acid sizing agent-PVA-corn starch, mixed size of polyacrylic acid sizing agent-corn starch are evaluated by adopting roving impregnation method and using the maximum strength, work to break as quantization index. The result shows that the influences of polyacrylic acid sizing agent in polycrylic acid sizing agent mixed size upon the adhesions of polyester-cotton fibers and pure polyester fibers are lower then that of single component polyacrylic acid sizing agent.If sizing performance of each component of starch or polyacrylic acid sizing agent cannot be raised, only simply increasing the content of polyacrylic acid sizing agent one time, it cannot replace the PVA on the viewpoint of adhesivity.Moreover,it's harmful to the adhesivity of single component polyacrylic acid sizing agent and polyacrylic acid sizing agent mixed size to excessively reduce viscosity of polyacrylic acid sizing agent or excessively seek for high solid content.
