摘    要:
研究了环氧树脂(EP)和聚四氯乙烯(PTFE)对氯化聚氯乙烯(CPVC)的流变和力学性能的影响,井用扫描电镀(SEM)观察了环氧树脂的分散形态。结果表明,EP能够均匀分散在CPVC基体中,改善CPVC的流动特性;PTFE对CPVC/EP体系有增粘作用,并能显著改善缺口冲击强度。

Abstract:
The effects of epoxy resin (EP) and polytetrafluorocthylcne (PTFE) on Theological and mechanical properties of chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (CPVC) were studied. The distributive morphology of EP in CPVC matrix was observed under the scanning electron microscope. The results showed that EP could be well-distributed in the CPVC matrix to improve the flow property of CPVC and PTFE could increase the viscosity of CPVC/EP blend and obviously improve the notched impact strength of CPVC .
