Abstract:In order to solve such problems of avaiable vehicle control system as a small amount of data transmission, slow transmission, poor real-time and so on, this paper, based on ARM9 development platform, uses the advantages of 3G high-speed data wireless transmission technology. Combined with GPS/GIS technology at the same time, we create a complete terminal design of theory frame with wireless intelligent system, terminal hardware design, softeware design, 3G high-speed data wireless transfer program design and and function modular design of monitoring platform in the background and management.So the way of design will provide a theoretical basis for intelligent vehicle monitoring system for wireless and realize to improve real-time, reliablity, effectiveness and safety for a monitoring system.
