| 摘 要： | 阐述了当前毛衫行业的衣片工艺计算不注重毛衫的衫型和外观细节的现状,指出了当前毛衫版型落后的缺点。通过对毛衫衣片的袖窿、袖山和毛衫肩部的细节分析,对毛衫的大身袖窿收针工艺和形状,袖子袖山的收针工艺和形状进行研究,总结出解决方案和新工艺,解决了毛衫袖窿处隆起、外观较差的通病,使得新工艺既符合毛衫穿着美观、高档的要求,又不妨碍手臂运动性的要求。文章还通过衣片效果图直观地显示了衣片的实际形状和衣片大身袖窿与袖子袖山的缝合情况。

| Abstract: | The article introduced the deficiency in current sweater technics design of knitting panel shape and appearance.Through the research of shoulder shape and sleeve mountain,shape of sleeve panel and armhole shape of body panel,the article pointed out the way how to make the sweater both in good-looking shape and motility when wearing.Through the effect picture of body panel and sleeve panel,the looping effect between body armhole and sleeve mountain is clearly shown. |
