地鳖虫抗氧化物提取工艺的研究

摘    要:动脉粥样硬化(Atherosderosis,AS)发生的主要学说之一是血浆中低密度脂蛋白发生氧化,抑制血浆中低密度脂蛋白的氧化可预防动脉粥样硬化的发生。以地鳖虫为原料,以抗血浆氧化活性为指标,提取抗血浆氧化活性物质,并对其工艺进行优化。研究了不同的提取溶剂、溶剂浓度、提取时间、提取温度、料液比等因素对地鳖虫提取物抗血浆氧化活性的影响,利用正交实验对提取工艺进行优化。结果表明,乙醇提取物的抗氧化效果最好,并且在其浓度为75%,提取时间24h,提取温度45℃,料液比1∶10的条件下,抗血浆氧化活性达74.5%。

Abstract:One of main hypothesis on atherosclerosis was that low density lipoprotein in blood plasma were oxidized. Inhibiting oxidation of low density lipoprotein could prevent atherosclerosis.
