TA7钛合金在甲醇溶液中的应力腐蚀敏感性研究
摘    要:采用慢应变速率试验,辅以扫描电镜、金相观察等分析测试技术,研究了钛合金TA7在甲醇、盐酸一甲醇溶液中的应力腐蚀敏感性。试验结果表明,钛合金TA7在甲醇中具有应力腐蚀敏感性。甲醇中加入盐酸,明显地提高了TA7的应力腐蚀敏感性。钛合金TA7在盐酸.甲醇溶液中的应力腐蚀裂纹源自点蚀孔底部。

Electrochemical Behavior and SCC Susceptibility of TA7 in Methanol Solution
Abstract:Stress corrosion crack (SCC) susceptibility of titanium alloy TA7 in methanol and hydrochloric acid-methanol solutions was studied by slow strain rate tensile test (SSRT), SEM and optical photography. It demonstrates that TA7 has SCC susceptibility in methanol solution. SCC susceptibility of TA7 in hydrochloric acid- methanol solution drastically increased with the increasing concentration of hydrochloric acid. It shows that the SCC susceptibility occurs in methanol solution. SCC of TA7 originates from the bottom of the corrosion pit in hydrochloric acid-methanol solution.
