Analysis on Formation of Corrosion of Long-distance Natural Gas Pipeline and Corrosion Protection Measures

The long-distance pipeline is the only channel for the current natural gas transportation.Therefore, the safety and corrosion degree of the pipeline are directly related to whether the gas transportation work can be carried out smoothly and stably. Therefore, strengthening the prevention of corrosion of natural gas pipelines is the core concern of daily work. This paper elaborates on the causes of corrosion of natural gas pipelines, and provides relevant countermeasures for pipeline anti-corrosion measures and maintenance work in combination with existing technologies.
