邻硝基对甲苯胺合成工艺的研究

研究了邻硝基对甲苯胺(红色基GL,简称GL)的合成工艺,以四氯化碳为溶剂,对甲苯胺为原料,经酰化、硝化、水解三步反应制得。采用单因素实验,通过考察反应条件,确定了最佳工艺条件:对甲苯胺与乙酸酐的摩尔比为1∶1.17,对甲苯胺与发烟硝酸的摩尔比为1∶2.5,溶剂四氯化碳的用量为150 mL,硝化反应时间为1 h,硝化反应温度为42~44℃,GL的产率可达90.5%。

The study on the synthesis of 2-nitro-4-toluidine

The synthesis of 2-nitro-4-toluidine(red base GL,GL for abbreviation)was studied.GL was prepared from 4-toluidine via acetylation,nitration and hydrolysis.Single-factor test was used to determine the optimum conditions.The molar ratio of p-toluidine to acetic anhydride is 1 ∶1.17,the molar ratio of p-toluidine to fuming nitric acid is 1 ∶2.5,the amount of phenixin is 150 mL,nitration time is 1 h,nitration temperature is 42～44 ℃,the yield of GL can reach 90.5%.
