合成吡啶催化剂的研究

摘    要:研究了在ZSM-5分子筛催化剂上的醛氨缩合生成吡啶的反应,考察不同硅铝比、不同活性物质如Pb、Co、Pt、Ni等离子改性以及Pb负载量对催化剂性能的影响,并对催化剂进行了FT-IR、XRD、SEM表征。结果表明,硅铝比在100~150之间,Pb负载量在2.0~4.0%;催化剂性能最好,吡啶及烷基吡啶的总产率可达90%。

Study on Catalyst for Pyridine Synthesis

Abstract:The aldehyde ammonia condensation on ZSM-5 zeolite catalyst was studied. Effects of reaction parameters such as Si/Al ratio, laden about Pb,Co,Pt,Ni, laden metal ions quantity were discussed and the ZSM-5 zeolite catalyst was studied by FT-IR,XRD,SEM. The results show that the optimized conditions under which the reaction is carried out at Si/Al ratio=100-150, loading Pb=2.5- 4.0%, the total yields of pyridine and alkylpyridine can be more than 90%.
