摘    要:新疆地区绝缘子在线监测系统由数据采集处理单元、信号传输单元及污闪报警单元三部分组成,根据新疆本地的地域性气候特点,数据采集处理单元采用MSP430F149超低功耗微控制器,自动采样并保存该杆塔上各路绝缘子泄漏电流、温湿度、闪络等信息;信号传输单元采用RF和GSM混合传输模式,数据采集处理单元的信息传递采用无线通信的方法传送到接受站;污闪报警单元即接受站在基于多层次模糊因数的绝缘子污闪的评判理论下,采用一级模糊评价体系及二级综合评价体系,可对发来的信号进行分析、比较、预警和储存。

Abstract:The on-line monitoring system for insulators in Xinjiang region consists of data acquisition processing unit, signal handling unit and pollution flashover alarming unit, based on geographical features of Xinjiang, the MSP430F149 micro controller of extra-low power loss is applied as data acquisition and processing unit which aquires and saves information about insulator leakage current temperature, humidity and flashover. The data handling mode, which handles information from data acquisition unit used RF and GSM combinative handling processing unit to receiving station through wireless communication the pollution flashover alarming unit, acting as the receiving station, makes analysis, comparison, prediction and saving of incoming signals using primarily fuzzy evaluating system and secondary synthetic evaluation system based on flashover evaluation theory of multi-cascade fuzzy factors.
