摘    要:介绍了三峡至常州±500kV高压直流输电用晶闸管阀体结构;并从电力电子器件、晶闸管控制单元、晶闸管模块、电抗器、冷却系统和绝缘防火结构等几方面,分析了瑞士ABB公司提供的高压晶闸管阀技术特点,以及高压换流阀技术发展趋势。

Abstract:An thyristor valve structure used for±500kV HVDC transmission project from the Three Gorges to Changzhou is introduced briefly,and its technique features are analyzed to show the development trend of modern HVDC thyristor valve from several aspects,such as power semiconductor,thyristor control unit,thyristor module,saturation reactor,cooling water systems and fire safety measures.These results are of great interest for developing HVDC transmission technology in China.
