低灵敏度探测器表面响应检测装置的研制

摘    要:介绍了一种新型的用于测量低响应度探测器表面响应特性的检测系统。阐述了激光调制法在探测器表面均匀检测中应用的原理,该检测装置采用编码调制的650nm激光器作为辐射源,并对检测装置的机械组成,电气组成以及装置的工作原理,控制流程作了详细说明。实测结果表明基于调制激光的检测方案是可行的。

Abstract:A new detecting system of low responsibility detector surface respond is introduced,the testing principle of detector surface respond detecting by laser modulation is given.Modulation 650 nm laser is the radiation resource of this equipment,the constitution in machinery and electric of this testing as well as it's working principle and technical feature are introduced.The control flow and the software design are discussed.Experiments show that this scheme based on modulated laser is effective.
