用电化学方法研究LY12铝合金铬磷化

摘    要:利用浸渍法在LY12铝合金表面上获得了浅绿色的铬磷化转化膜,并应用电化学方法研究了铬磷化处理转化膜的成膜动力学及耐蚀性。电位-时间曲线表明,铝合金铬磷化处理的动力学过程为铝合金的溶解和随后的成膜,极化曲线测试表明,未经封闭的铝合金的耐蚀性能很差,与空白铝合金的相似,而经重铬酸钾封闭后,耐蚀性大为提高。

Abstract:Shallow green chromate phosphate conversion coatings were obtained on LY12 aluminum alloy surface by immersion process. The treating technology and the corrosion resistance of the coatings in 3.5%NaCl solution were studied by electrochemical methods. Potential vs time curve showed that the procedure of coating formation consisted of two stages, i.e.dissolution of the alloy once immersed into the treating solution and subesquently the coating formation. The potentialdynamic polarization curves indicated that the unsealed alloy had a lower corrosion resistance in 3.5%NaCl solution, which was similar with the blank sample, but the sample sealed by K 2Cr 2O 7 had a good corrosion resistance in the same solution.
