管式硅基裂解膜的制备

摘    要:研制出一种高选择性的管式硅基裂解膜;并报道了这种膜的制备方法.这种膜是由分子规则排列的硅树脂材料经裂解制成,对H2渗透系数达104Barrer,H2/N2分离因子16.8,其选择透过性能优于常规的有机膜和无机膜,也优于由分子无规排列的硅树脂所制成的裂解膜.这种膜制备方法简单、价廉、重现性好.

Abstract:A highly selective tubular silicon based pyrolysis membrane has been prepared and its preparation method has also been given in the paper. The membrane was made by pyrolyzing a silicon resin material with regular molecular arrangement The permeability of the membrane for H2 is about 10~4 Barrer and the selectivity for H2 / N2 16.8. The membrane shows much better Permselectivity comparing with polymeric membranes, ordinary inorganic membranes and the pyrolysis membrane prepared from silicon resin with random molecular arrangement Furthermore, the preparation process of the membrane is simple, inexpensive and highly reproducible.
