| 摘 要： | 介绍了多弯弯曲件冲模的凸模、凹模结构。剪式伸缩机构的运动特性使得凸模、凹模在竖直冲压的同时,其外侧部分可以横向移动,产生相应的送料动作。利用移动凸轮机构辅助成形,取件后凹模自动复位。

| Abstract: | The structure of the punch and die of a stamping die for a multi-bending component was presented.The motion characteristic of shearing-type extending means make the punch and die stamp in vertical direction and the outer part move in lateral direction at the same time to generate related feeding action.By the use of movable cam mechanism in assisting shaping,the die plate can be recovered automatically after stripping. |
