超临界CO2对吸附苯酚树脂的洗脱研究

摘    要:以XDA-1型大孔树脂为吸附树脂,以苯酚为吸附对象,以CO2为洗脱剂,结合单因素实验和正交化实验结果,分别研究了洗脱压力、洗脱温度、二氧化碳流量和洗脱时间的变化对苯酚洗脱率的影响。对该吸附树脂最佳洗脱参数:洗脱压力9.0MPa,洗脱温度55℃,二氧化碳流量25l/h,洗脱时间70min。

Abstract:Using the XDA-1 as adsorption resin,carbon dioxide as extractive reagent,the influences on extrac- tion efficiency of the phenol of extractive pressure,extractive temperature,carbon dioxide flow rate and the change of extractive time are studied with the results of single factor experiments and orthogonal experiments. The optimum parameters are ensured as follows:extractive pressure 9.0MPa,extractive temperature 55~C, carbon dioxide flow rate 25 l/h,and extractive time 70min.
