基于虚拟仪器的轴线对中测量系统设计

摘    要:针对大型输送设备对中测量中人工操作存在的操作复杂及耗费时间长等缺点,提出一种基于虚拟仪器的对中测量系统.采用LD-PSD和激光位移传感器在LabVIEW环境下应用研华数据采集卡完成信号的采集与处理,探讨了影响测量稳定性的因素和解决方案.现场实验表明:系统能够准确、快速、稳定地给出测量结果,性能达到了预期要求.

Abstract:Considering the complexity and long time-consumption of the manual aligning measurement of the large conveying equipment,an aligning measurement system based on virtual instrument was proposed,in which,the LD-PSD,laser displacement sensor and Advantech data acquisition card can realize signal acquisition and processing in LabVIEW environment.The factors influencing measurement stability were discussed and solutions to them were presented.The field tests prove accuracy,rapidness and stability of the system as demanded.
