脱水污泥储存输送系统的优化设计

摘    要:为解决污泥储存输送系统存在的破拱等问题,在分析现有污泥输送装置特点的基础上,利用自动起拱判断系统对新型滚动式滑架进行智能控制,从而优化储存输送系统.该系统能够有效地解决污泥起拱问题,滑架运行时间缩短30%以上,可对料位、有害气体和物料是否起拱进行检测.

Abstract:The arch-breaking troubles the sludge storage and transportation system.Basing on analyzing the sludge storage and transportation device in service,an automatic arch camber judgment system was designed to realize intelligent control of the novel scroll carriage so that the sludge storage and transportation system can be optimized.The application in practice shows that this system can eliminate the arch camber and shorten run time of the carriage by over 30%,as well as detect the sludge level,harmful gases in sludge and the arch camber thereof.
