基于直接电流控制的电机能量回馈器研究

摘    要:普通变频调速电机一般采用二极管整流桥整流,再生制动时电机发出的电能不能回馈到电网.为节约能源,研制了一台基于直接电流控制的外挂式18 kW电机能量回馈器样机,给出其主电路拓扑结构及相应的控制方法.该电机能量回馈器可实现单位功率因数回馈能量,并且直流母线电压可控.实验结果表明这种基于直接电流控制的电机能量回馈器具有很好的动态性能和稳态性能.

Abstract:Ordinary variable-frequent adjustable-speed motor cannot feedback the regeneration energy because it usually utilizes uncontrollable rectifier.For energy conservation,a 18 kW moor energy feedback appliance based on direct current control is designed.This motor energy feedback appliance Call connect with motor transducer easily,and the circuit topology and control strategy of the motor are provided.It realizes unity power factor operation and input DC voltage adjustable.The test results illuminate that the moor energy feedback appliance based on direct current control has good performance in both static and dynamic.
