| 摘 要： | 在分析城市基础建设项目特点和施工管理基本内容的基础上,阐述了城市基础建设项目施工评价的指标体系和评价方法。评价指标包括施工组织、施工和监理招投标、成本、进度、质量和安全控制等主要方面;评价方法主要包括资料分析、专家访谈、问卷调查、比较法、成功度评价、层次分析等方法。并以东莞市环城路北环段为案例进行了阐述和验证。
