| 摘 要： | 在役聚苯乙烯反应器内,物料的温差较大,产品质量不稳定,需要对该设备进行技术改造。利用CFD软件包ANSYS/FLOTRAN计算了该反应器内物料的流场和温度场,找出了设备可能存在的问题,为下一步的设备改造提供了理论指导。 |

| Abstract: | Owning to the large temperature difference of substance,the unstable product quality of the polystyrene in service,the techni- cal reconstruction for that equipment was re- quired.By the use of CFD software package ANSYS/FLOTRAN,the flow field and temper- ature field of substance in this reactor were cal- culated.The problems could be existed in this e- quipment was found out.The theoretical con- duct for further reconstruction of equipment was proposed. |
