胶带机转运点收尘环节的优化

摘    要:胶带机转运点扬尘的原因主要有设备选型不合适、收尘管道设计不合理、设备和管道未做保温及清灰压缩空气影响等方面。为改善收尘效果,文章着重从收尘系统设计、设备及收尘管道选型、收尘罩设计及胶带机导料槽结构优化的几个方面来探讨一下改进措施。

Abstract:The main causes of dust at the transfer point of belt conveyor were improper equipment selection,unreasonable dust collection pipeline design,lack of thermal insulation of equipment and pipeline,and the impact of ash cleaning compressed air.In order to improve the dust collection effect,this paper discussed the improvement measures from the aspects of dust collection system design,equipment and dust collection pipeline selection,dust collection cover design and belt conveyor guide chute structure optimization.
