Optimization of Dust Collection Link of Belt Conveyor Transfer Point

The main causes of dust at the transfer point of belt conveyor were improper equipment selection,unreasonable dust collection pipeline design,lack of thermal insulation of equipment and pipeline,and the impact of ash cleaning compressed air.In order to improve the dust collection effect,this paper discussed the improvement measures from the aspects of dust collection system design,equipment and dust collection pipeline selection,dust collection cover design and belt conveyor guide chute structure optimization.
