“双碳”目标下煤炭企业绿色矿山建设路径探究

基于我国以煤炭为主的能源结构特点,指出,煤炭企业建设绿色矿山是践行和实现“双碳”目标的基础与关键。综合评价了“双碳”目标下煤炭企业的发展前景:煤炭生产基地将逐渐北移和西移,将发生跨省区之间的企业重组与融合,绿色矿山建设和绿色开采是未来煤炭企业的发展方向。分析了“双碳”目标下,煤炭企业绿色矿山建设的重要意义。提出,要加大科技支撑力度、立足“双碳”目标、推动清洁生产工艺升级,推进煤矿区生态治理,强化矿井水、烟气、粉尘、噪声处理,加强矿区复垦,推进生态光伏产业建设,提高煤层气综合利用效率,建设零碳矿区示范工程。

Exploring on the construction paths to green mine in coal enterprises towards the goal of carbon peak and carbon neutrality

Based on the characteristics of China's energy structure dominated by coal,it was proposed that the construction of green mines in coal enterprises was the basis and key to practice and realize the goal of carbon peak and carbon neutrality.The development prospect of coal enterprises towards the goal of carbon peak and carbon neutrality was comprehensively evaluated,and it was pointed out that the development directions of coal enterprises in the future were the gradual northward and westward movement of coal production base,the coal enterprises reorganization and integration between provinces and regions,and strengthening the construction of green mines and green mining.The important significance of green mine construction in coal enterprises towards the goal of carbon peak and carbon neutrality was analyzed.It was proposed to strengthen scientific and technological support,and based on the goals of carbon peak and carbon neutrality,promote the upgrading of cleaner production process,promote the ecological treatment of coal mining area,strengthen the treatment of mine water,flue gas,dust and noise,strengthen the reclamation of mining area,promote the construction of ecological photovoltaic industry,improve the comprehensive utilization efficiency of coalbed methane,and build a zero carbon mining area demonstration project.
