摘    要:对聚丙烯、EVA、尼龙11、环氧树脂和氯化聚醚等5种塑料材料,作了工艺试验、腐蚀试验和初步的材料改性试验,表明这些材料是可以用来研制出满足抽油杆使用要求、工艺性能好、价格低廉的塑料粉末的。从喷塑工艺、材料改性和经济效益方面,论证了热喷涂沉积塑料涂层应用于抽油杆的防腐耐磨,在技术上是可行的,在经济上是合算的。但尚须加强涂层材料的改性研究、涂层的腐蚀疲劳和抗老化性能等项研究。最后提出了建立抽油杆热喷塑自动生产线的设想。

Abstract:Technology test, corrosion test and performance test of polypropylene , EVA, nylon 11, epoxy resin and polyetherchloride are conducted, and the results show that these materials can be used to produce plastic powder which can satisfythe operahng requirements of sucker rods. The feasibility of applying hot spraying deposited plastic coatiops to corrosion resistance and anti-wear of sucker rod is proved from the aspects of hot spraying technology , reforming of material properytyand economic benefits. It is suggested making further investigation in property reforming of coating material, corrosive fatigue of coatings and age-inhibiting behaviour of coatings. The idea of establishing the production line for sucker rod hotspraying is presented.
