摘    要:毛衣加工过程中洗水、染色、印花等工序废水排放存在水量不均衡,水中有机物浓度、色度较高等问题.介绍了"厌氧酸化-接触氧化-混凝沉淀"组合工艺处理该废水的基本流程,主要构筑物的工艺尺寸及附属设施,工程一次性投资,废水处理成本以及出水水质等内容;分析了工艺的设计、运行情况;总结了该工艺在运行中具有能耗小,处理成本低,污染物去除效率高等特点,经处理后的出水水质可以达到GB8978-1996<污水综合排放标准>一级排放标准要求,并指出该工艺值得在该行业废水治理工程中推广.
