摘    要:研究了4种改性剂(己内酰胺、丙三醇、二甘醇、蔗糖)对三聚氰胺甲醛树脂技术指标的影响;考查了改性树脂对饰面刨花板的理化性能的影响。结果表明:与未改性树脂相比,改性树脂的黏度、pH值、适用期无差异。在浑浊时间和固化时间上,己内酰胺改性树脂明显增长、丙三醇和二甘醇改性树脂有所增加、蔗糖改性树脂增加不明显。改性树脂对饰面刨花板的耐水蒸气和耐香烟灼烧性能影响不大,对耐污染、耐龟裂性能影响很大。

Abstract:The effects of four modifiers(hexanolactam,glycerin,diethylene glycol and sugar) on the properties of melamine formaldehyde(MF) and prefinished particleboard were investigated.No significant changes in viscosity,pH and the resin pot life were observed after the modifiers were applied.The turbidity time and the curing time of the MF modified by glycerin,diethylene glycol and hexanolactam were extended,while no significant change for sugar modified resin.The MF impregnated paper was used to coat the particleboard and several key performance properties were examined.The cigarette scorching resistances and water vapor resistance were barely improved.But the abrasion resistance and checking resistance were improved significantly for hexanolactam,glycerin,and diethylene glycol modified samples,however for the sugar modified sample,a reverse trend was observed.
