导风叶轮低压铸造温度场有限元模拟及应用

摘    要:铸件凝固过程数值模拟是提高铸件质量和铸造生产经济效益的重要方法和途径之一。以大型有限元软件ANSYS为工具,以某大型外贸件导风叶轮低压铸造为模型,在对充型完成后温度场的数学模型进行深入分析研究的基础上,成功的模拟了铝合金导风叶轮铸件低压铸造的凝固过零,并根据模拟结果对铸件可能产生的缺陷部位进行了预测,实现了工艺参数的优化和模具的合理设计。

Abstract:The numerical simulation of casting solidification process is an important method by which the casting quality and economic benefit of foundry product can be raised. Based on the thorough analysis and research of the mathematical model for the flow field and temperature field, the filling and solidification process of Al-alloy hub was successfully simulated by using ANSYS software. The casting defect and its position in the cast product were predicted by the numerical simulation of the filling and solidification process, and the measure and check of the mould design and the selection of processing parameter was finished.
