The Technique Characteristics of Tubing Machine from PMC Corp. in U.S.A

The tubing machine, including casing machine, casing collar machine and tubing cutter as well as coarse collar cutter, which was made at PMC corp. in U.S.A., was analyzed through the design principle, structure, properties and so on. It was pointed out that the advanced techniques, such as CNC controlling, slow advancing instead of blade rounding and strengthening cutting with multi blade and multi edge, would make the machining precision and production efficiency higher, and some problems existed in the tubing machine of PMC.
