| 摘 要： | 将路网交通拥堵度划分为堵塞、拥堵、较拥堵、较畅通、畅通5个等级，从路段拥堵和交叉口拥堵两个方面运用层次分析法建立了路网交通拥堵的二级评判指标体系及相应的模糊综合评判模型，从而为评估城市交通网络拥堵提供了一种有效的定量分析方法。

| Abstract: | The paper divides city road net transportation blocks up degree five grades,block up,jam,more jam,more unimpeded and unimpeded,from cross blocking up and the road jam aspects using level of structure analysis sets up second class adjudicate index sign system and homologous faintnesses synthesize to adjudicate mode of network transportation jam,to provide a kind of valid quantitative analysis method of the city transportation network jam. |
