| Abstract: | The present paper introduces the background of the direct hot dip galvanizing process for hot rolled pickling strip,its process characteristics and the defects commonly occurring in the process of production such as exposed steel and thick edge and etc and analyses the origin of the defect and puts forward the solutions to the problem. |
