摘    要:采用THERMECMASTOR-Z热加工模拟试验机和金相、硬度检测方法,对胎圈钢丝用线材连续冷却转变过程中组织与力学性能变化的规律和特征进行研究,建立连续冷却转变曲线。结果表明:当冷却速度在10~20℃/s时,线材的索氏体组织超过90%。根据试验结果制定合适的控制冷却工艺,生产的SWRH82A盘条珠光体片间距为0.10~0.15μm,索氏体组织约占95%,具有良好的抗拉强度和塑性。

Abstract:The microstructural and mechanical property during continuous cooling transformation of wire rod for bead wire were studied by means of THERMECMASTOR-Z thermal simulator and metallographical and hardness analysis, continuous cooling transformation curves were established. The results show that sorbite is greater than 90% when the cooling rate is during 10 to 20 ℃/s. The controlled cooling process after rolling was established by the experimental result, and the wire rods of SWRH82A were produced. By metallographical and hardness analysis, the thickness of pearlite is 0. 1 0. 15 μm and the microstructure of sorbite is approximately 95 %, and the tensile and plastic property is excellent.
