超低碳贝氏体钢形变奥氏体静态再结晶行为研究

摘    要:在MMS-200热模拟试验机上进行了双道次热压缩变形实验,研究了超低碳贝氏体钢的静态再结晶软化规律.利用应力补偿法(0.2%)计算了不同形变温度下的静态再结晶软化率。试验结果表明:形变温度和形变道次间隔时间对超低碳贝氏体钢的静态再结晶行为影响非常大。根据相关试验数据以及静态再结晶动力学方程,经计算得出超低碳贝氏体钢的静态再结晶激活能为292.42 kJ/mol。

Study on static recrystallization behavior of the deformed austenite of ULCB steel

Abstract:The softening rate of static recrystallization of ULCB steel was investigated by using two-pass hot compression tests performed on MMS- 200 thermo-mechanical simulator. The static recrystallization softening rate under different deformation temperatures was estimated by means of compensating method. The results show that the effect of deformation temperature and inter-pass time on static recrystallization behavior of ULCB steel is significant. The activation energy of static recrystallization of ULCB steel is 292. 42 kJ /mol according to the experimental data and the static recrystallization kinetics equation.
