SS400钢焊接温度场数值模拟与试验验证

摘    要:为得到SS400超细晶钢焊接温度场分布规律,用ANSYS软件,对SS400钢焊接温度场进行模拟计算,利用体生热率及生死单元技术来实现热源移动和焊缝的生成,得到一定焊接工艺下的焊接温度场分布规律。为验证模拟计算结果的准确性,进行了8 mm厚SS400钢平板对接焊试验,对焊接温度场进行了测定。对比结果发现,模拟计算的温度场与试验温度场变化规律基本相同。用ANSYS分析焊缝及热影响区的热循环曲线是可行的。

Abstract:The simulation of the welding temperature field of the SS400 ultra fine grain steel was carried out using ANSYS finite element analysis software in order to get the welding temperature distribution of SS400 steel. The moving heat source and weld joint were realized by means of heat generation rate and element birth and death technology. The regular distribution pattern of the welding temperature field under a certain process was obtained. In order to verify the simulation accuracy,the test of 8mm thick SS400 steel butt welding was taken,and the welding temperature field were determined. Comparing the temperature distribution,the calculated values are basically the same as those of the temperature field test. Using ANSYS to analyze weld joint and thermal cycle curve of the heat affected zone is feasible.
