摘    要:以钛酸四丁酯和乙醇为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶(sol-gel)法制备以天然沸石为载体的负载型TiO2光催化剂,利用XRD、SEM对其进行结构表征.研究结果表明:在造纸废水pH为4.0、光照时间8.0h、光催化剂用量50g/L的条件下,光催化降解效果最佳,COD去除率可达82%.光催化剂重复利用四次,其光催化活性变化不大.通过对造纸废水光降解过程的动力学拟合.得出其光降解反应为准一级反应.

Abstract:Using tetrabutyl titanate and ethanol as reaction raw materials, the photocatalyst of TiO2-coated natural zeolite was prepared by sol-gel method. The experimental techniques of XRD and SEM were used to characterize the prepared TiO2-coated photocatalyst. The experimental results showed that the removal rate of COD from papermaking wastewater can reach 82% at the conditions of pH value 4.0, radiation time 8.0h, amount of catalyst 50g/L. The photocatalyst had a high activity after reused four times. Kinetics analysis showed that the photocatalytic degradation reaction of papermaking wastewater can be described by a pseudo-fi rst order rate equation.
