摘    要:天津联化200kt/a乙烯装置改扩建工程中,采用新型高效填料塔技术和新型高效聚结板油水分离技术对水洗塔进行了技术改造。改造后该塔能保证高负荷下较高的传质和传热效率,在停留时间较短的条件下也能满足油水分离的要求。

Abstract:The water quench tower of 200kt/a ethylene plant in Tianjin was successfully revamped with high efficient packed column and new coalescing plate separator for separation of gasoline and water. After revamping, the tower has better efficiency and high capacity with new internals at high load, gasoline and water is separated satisfactorily in short resident time.
