催化顶循环油加氢处理作重整料的工业试验

摘    要:介绍了催化顶循环油经加氢处理后作重整料的试验情况,试验结果表明:催化顶循环油经加氢处理后可以使其烯烃含量和硫、氮等杂质含量大幅下降,芳烃潜含量增加,可以满足重整进料的要求,掺炼后重整汽油的芳烃含量和辛烷值及氢气产率略有降低,但对重整催化剂活性没有影响。

Abstract:The article introduces the commercial test of the hydrotreating high - RFCC gasoline for reforming feedstock . It shows that the impurity contents including olefines, sulfur, nitrogen, etc. , decline dramatically, and the potential contents of aromatics increases, meeting with the requirements of reforming feedstocks. By processing with mixed feedstocks, the contents of aromatics, the octane number and the yield of hydrogen in reforming gasoline would decline. This would have no effects on the reforming catalyst.
