基于DSP的焊接摆动器研制

在对焊枪摆动形式进行分析的基础上,设计了以DSP为核心控制器件,滚珠丝杠螺母为主要执行机构的焊接摆动器.摆动机构由步进电机驱动,摆动形式为直线往复式,摆动参数完全由程序控制,可以通过人机界面自由设定摆幅、摆频、摆动中心和停留时间等,摆动停止时由程序控制自动回到摆动中心.同时针对步进电机加速过程中较易出现的失步和过冲问题,重点对步进电机的加减速控制进行了较深入的分析,并给出了相应的软件实现方法.

Development of welding oscillator based on DSP
