介稳奥氏体锰钢耐冲击磨粒磨损性能及磨面组织

摘    要:利用冲击磨粒磨损试验结合扫描电镜、透射电镜和穆斯堡尔谱等分析手段研究了介稳奥氏体锰钢的耐磨性和磨损机制,结果表明,介稳奥氏体锰钢在某一冲击功下具有最佳耐磨性。在磨损过程中磨面诱发产生两类马氏体,无碳马氏体和合金马氏体。最耐磨时的磨面组织为合金奥氏体和无碳马氏体的混合组织。

Abstract:The wear resistance and the microstructure in the worn surfaces of metastable aus-tenitic manganese steels are investigated by means of abrasive wear tests, SEM TIM andMossbauer spectroscopy. It is found that there exists the highest wear resistance under an ab-rasive impact energy for a metastable austenitic manganese steel. Two kinds of martensitewere strain-induced in the worn surfaces during wearing, one contains no carbon and alloyingelements and the other contains carbon and alloying elements. The wear resistance of metast-able austenitic manganese steels is optimum if the microstructure in the worn surfaces comp-osed of alloying elements containing austenite as well as carbon and alloying elements freemartensite.
