某型船舶艉轴密封装置端面密封失效分析及试验研究

摘    要:针对某型船舶艉轴密封装置端面密封的失效问题,对磨损失效的碳石墨环的表面附作物进行光谱分析,证明附作物为金属腐蚀产物。采用摩擦磨损试验测试摩擦副碳石墨环的摩擦磨损性能,并与在摩擦副表面加入金属腐蚀粉末后的磨损结果进行比较。结果表明,碳石墨环在正常情况下有较好的耐磨性能,而金属腐蚀粉末进入碳石墨环表面后,碳石墨环摩擦因数增大,磨损量急剧上升,证明艉轴密封装置密封失效是由于壳体内表面金属腐蚀产物进入端面密封引起的。

Abstract:Aimed at the failure of stern shaft seal in a ship,the adhesive substance on the invalidated carbon ring surface was analyzed by spectrum,which was testified to be the metallic corrosion products.The tribological properties of the carbon ring was investigated by friction and wear tester,and the experimental result was compared with that by adding metal corrosion powders on the surface of the carbon ring during the friction and wear experiment.The results show that the carbon ring has well antiwear performan...
